How can I prevent crashes when entering Chinese or Unicode rich text?

Some users have reported problems with UR crashing when entering Chinese characters into the Rich Text Editor. To avoid this problem, disable active spell checking by unchecking Tools | Spelling Options | Check spelling as you type on the menu bar.
