Permanently removing a dialogue
Hi:
I could swear this was possible and do not remember having this pop up before. I have file links in the tree and this pops up every time. What I would like to do is open the linked file by double clicking, CTRL+Q or CTRL+J. I can do all of these after dismissing the dialogue. Thank you. Jon |

Uncheck the checkbox on that dialog before clicking the button.
Or remove .xlsx and .zip from 'Tools | Options | Browser | File extensions to display in internal browser view' to prevent Excel files from being displayed internally in UR. |

Thank you. I wanted to make the adjustment to Options, not unclick the checkbox. The solution was so obvious. I was trying to make this work in the Document section of Options. The Browser section does not have xlsx files listed, but it does have zip. I ignored that the current MS files are a form of zip.
Thank you again. I appreciate your help. |
