multilinked items in search results
Is it intended that in some circumstances a multilinked item will appear more than once in the search results pane? Usually I only see one instance of a multilinked item, no matter how many parents it has. In one advanced search, I am getting an instance where each multilinked item is appearing in Search Results once for each parent that it has. They are definitely multilinked and not duplicates (if I create another link for an item in the search results, the search results adds another instance of that item).

Only if the Parent Title attribute is included in the columns of the Search Results pane.

Yes, that was the case. In that search, I had a Parent Title column. It's a little odd that whether it is displayed once or multiple times is determined by what columns are present (you could just put "multiple" in the Parent Title column), but I understand why you chose to do that.
