DVD Burn Problems

I can sucessfully burn a simple DVD using the Burn CD/DVD action (one with 3 folders and 2 files in each folder).
However, when i try to burn a real-world DVD of my data folder structure (which contains 5,731 folders, 64,611 files, 2.44GB of data), i get this generic error:

Adding files/folders to image...
70,342 file/folders(s) found (total size 2,588 MB)
Starting burn...
Unspecified error

Try unchecking the 'Joliet file system' option on the Options tab. I believe you're running into a Joliet limit for maximum file count or filename length (I get the same error when creating an ISO image with 65K+ files and that option checked).
