Formatting and NumLock Key Pad keyboard shortcut

When entering text in the Text Editor (Detail area) the plus and minus keys of the Numlock keypad control the text font size, is this the new default, can't find where this can be toggled.

Also, in the UR Contact Form the minus key will not work in the phone number fields

In both cases the Dash key does work as expected from the keyboard.

That is now the default, but you can disable it by going to Tools | Customize | Keyboard, select View category, select the Zoom | Zoom In command, select Key assignment Num + and click Remove, then select Zoom | Zoom Out, Key assignment Num - and click Remove.
