another odd problem

I just opened Options, because even though .doc is listed to open (and edit) in internal browser they won't and always open in microsoft Word.

However, I didn't change any Options at all, and when I clicked OK to close out of options, UR froze and I had to forcibly shut down with Windows Task Manager
