Automate unstoring items

Hello,

Is there a way to automate the process of unstoring an item that is only in the Ultra Recall database and automatically saving the item externally and maintaining a link within Ultra Recall?

The only way I can find to do it is to export the item, delete the item within ultra Recall and then re-importing the external file.

Currently there is not a more direct way to automate this process.
