limit search results to one instance of logically linked items

To avoid cluttering the search results I want to suggest that only one instance of logically linked items is shown in the search results. Other instances can be seen in the "parents" pane.

Duplicate rows (for logical links) won't be displayed in the Related Items pane unless you selected column(s) for display in this pane that could cause multiple rows for the same logically linked item to be unique.

The attributes that will cause all logically linked instances of an item to be displayed in the Related Items pane (when labeled Child Items or Search Results) include:
- Lineage
- Indent Level
- Parent Title
- Original Parent
- Date Deleted
