Set File Attributes bug?

When I use the Set File Attributes action, I've cleared the checkboxes for all of the items on the Attributes tab in the bottom pane. I click OK. I open the action again, and I see that the "Exclude non-archived" item is checked again. Can this be fixed, or will it not really affect me?

I should add that I had the "Clear" selection for both Read-only and Archive selections on the Set Attributes tab. I ought to be able to clear the archive attribute regardless of whether it was set, but it appears that this is the net effect. What appears and is chosen on the Attributes tab and what appears and chosen on the Set Attributes tab should be independent of each other.

(VBPro 7.1)

That is a bug -- when loading the Attributes tab, the Exclude non-Archived, Exclude System, and/or Exclude Hidden checkboxes could be checked when the related properties aren't set. To support older project file formats, that dialog page converts old data for some actions that use this visual component, but for the Set File Attributes action it (incorrectly) uses other data from similar properties on the Set Attributes tab, resulting in the glitch. The state of the controls when OKing the dialog is what actually gets stored and used when building the step. We'll fix this in the next release. Thanks.
