Hiding the “Build View”
I would like to offer a GUI improvement (at least I think it’s an improvement ;-).
I believe it would be very helpful to have a hotkey which Hides/Shows the “Build View”, rather than having to drag/move it using the splitter, which is annoying to keyboard users. To better understand my suggestion, please take a look at “Sysinternals Process Explorer” behavior using the “Show Lower Pane” option Ctrl+L. http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/fr.../procexp.shtml . Or (sort of) in Visual C++ 6, when using Alt+F2 (Esc to hide). |

Good suggestion. You can currently adjust the splitter position via the keyboard using View | Split on the menu.
Admin note: Implemented in v6 |
