newbie with stupid question

First, I appologize for wasting your time. I recently aquired UR, previously used IS. The proble (my problem) is I'm old, the documentation is really impressive. But is of no help to me, for example: How to populate contacts? I am tired of maunually filling it in and the erasing . My outlook won't drag/drop. To compound this I run off a pen drive into a network of 1000 users. so is there any plain english help for the whole UR?

I guess I don't appreciate the product, but I'll keep beatin' on it. Meanwhile I'll excuse myself.

You mention that your Outlook won't drag/drop. Please elaborate on what you mean by "won't" (error messages, what actually happens, etc??). What version of Outlook are you using?

It sounds like you want to import existing contacts from another application (Outlook, IS, ??) into Ultra Recall. Please indicate what you are importing these contacts from and we will offer some suggestions on how to most easily accomplish this.

Are you storing your .urd files on a USB flash (pen) drive? Is this causing problems for you?
