Command Line Parameters Attribute
I would like to suggest that you create a new document attribute called "Parameters". This attribute would store command line parameters that would be passed to the document when it's opened.
For example, I use an SSH application and I store profiles for different SSH servers in UR. I can then launch the application with the designated profile from within UR. However, I still have to manually click on "Login" after opening the profile. The application supports a command line parameter, "-loginOnStartup" that will automatically login to the server after opening the profile, but presently I have no way of passing this parameter from UR. I know I could create a Windows shortcut to accomplish this and store the shortcut in UR, but then I would have to have the actual profile stored externally, rather than within UR itself. |
