How secure is an UR locked database?

Can I trust in a locked UR database to put into it quite sensitive info? Also, Do you have plans in a very short term to add the locking feature at any Info Item level (which is one of my wishes) at least for shared databases installed on local networks? Thanks.

When an Info Database is protected with a password, the entire file is encrypted using the RC4 algorithm (256-bit key) which provides significant security (while minimizing the performance impact of encrypting/unencrypting the data).

We currently do not have plans to provide password protection at the Info Item level.
