double spacing, single spacing

Sometimes, if I cut and paste an item into the Data Items pane it will come out double spaced, and if I want to add to this any time I put in an ENTER, it double spaces the next line.
Usually I want things single spaced. How do I get UR to do this. I can't find anything in the help file.

What format is the data you are pasting? From what application? I am assuming it is rtf content, Ultra Recall currently does not provide a way to adjust the line spacing...

One (less than ideal) workaround might be to paste the text into an external rtf editor (such as MS Word) to update the line spacing, etc then copy it from there and paste into Ultra Recall.
