tables are not supported?

Hi
i am trying to paste tables from other documents. I can paste them but they do not look like the original tables, and i cannot edit them, or i cannot type in them. It comes very poorly.

Aren`t they supported in UR?

thanks

Running UR v.1.4d, Win XP SP2

Found \Windows\System32\riched20.dll v.5.30.23.1221, copied it to the UR program folder, didn't help very much with table display.

Then found \Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE11\riched20.dll v.5.50.99.2010, copied it to the UR program folder, seems to have helped a little - at least cell data is staying within the cell.

What I am seeing is that column widths seem to be set arbitrarially, I mean, I can't figure out what is controlling the column width of a pasted table - copy range of cells from Excel, then paste into an Item.

Columns are not maintaining there original width when pasted in UR.

Just wondering, is UR ever going to really support tables - not just display some close approximation based on some preferred version of riched20.dll, but table creation and such.

Thanks,
KenA

We do have rtf editing improvements on the roadmap for Ultra Recall, we haven't yet determined if table support will be included (it will be considered).
