Sorting Problem

I am trying to sort a tree alphabetically, but it does'nt seem to work, it does on certain tree nodes but not others, but I cant see why, does anyone have any ideas?

Sorting is configured on a per node basis (for all siblings under a given node, whether they are sorted or not is specific to that set sibling items; sorting one set of siblings doesn't change the manual/sort state of any other set of siblings).
