Change font color/style of Flagged Items?

If you flag an item it changes it's color. Is there a way to change what that new color is or, even better, change the font (e.g., for "finished", I'd like StrikeThru fontstyle)

Not much else we can do in the meantime except change Flag colors.

Can you change the color of a particular flag? If so, how?

(I looked in the help and poked around. No luck)

Sorry, I should have been more clear.

Changing the Flag value for an Item will change the color of the Item to the pre-defined color of the Flag.
