Search in New Tab
Is there a way I can run a quick search and it will automatically open the 'Search for' window in a new tab opposed to taking over the existing focused tab?

Add it as a favorite (Favorites | Add), and then hold down the Ctrl key when opening the favorite via the menu, toolbar, or keyboard, or check the 'New tab' checkbox when opening from the Organize Favorites dialog.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Could this be added as a checkbox option at the bottom of the search for window or in the options menu in future updates? Thank you, Sincerely Joshua |

I found a way around this.
1. Enter text into the quick search bar 2. Hold down the 'Ctrl' key 3. Press the 'Enter' key ( while holding down the ctrl key ) 4. The "Search for" opens in a new window (yeah ) It would still be helpful to have this as an option without needing to use workarounds. Thank you for the help, much appreciated as always...JGM |

Great tip!! Seems I'm always executing a search from the toolbar while I'm in a hoisted, locked tab and then selecting an item from the search that is not in the hoisted item's hierarchy.
