More ways to export

The area where UltraRecall seems weakest is in exporting parts of a database. Unless I missed it, there seems to be no way to select items to 1) combine several items into one; 2) convert part of an item into a separate item; or 3) print only the select items.

I assume you are referring to rich text items here (since it wouldn't be too feasible/meaningful to merge different document types)? We do have plans to add support for this in the future.

Version 1.3 of Ultra Recall has recently been released, which provides the ability to print multiple Info Items, and merge multiple Info Items into a single new Info Item.

1) Select multiple Info Items, then Copy them to the clipboard, finally use Paste Special | Paste Rich Text or Paste Special | Paste Rich Text with Titles.

2) simply copy the part of the Info Item you want to convert into a new Info Item (or cut) to clipboard, then use Edit | Paste (or Edit | Paste Special | Paste Text or Edit | Paste Special | Paste Rich Text).

3) select the Info Items to print, then Print or Print Preview to print only these Info Items (Rich Text type Info Items only).
