Recursive linking not allowed

I'm 99.99% sure that in the previous versions (no time to install older version just to verify this) when I did ctrl+c and then ctrl+v, UR created copy (I'm not sure whether "single", cause I remember using it only on items without children) of the current item as a child of the current item. Now, I'm getting error message ...

Has sth changed?

This is fixed in the latest build (4.0.0.4 in Help | About | Install Info after installing). Thanks.
