UR4 Constantly Crash

Now UR4 constantly crashes, which never occurred in UR3.

We have not encountered or heard of any other stability issues with UR v4. Please provide more details on reproducing the problem.

To be specific, all crashes occur when viewing webpage.

Which webpages, exactly? Can you reproduce by going back to a specific page?

I suppose this is the IE control taking down the UR process? I wonder if there isn't some hack to make the IE control run in a separate process but still render to the same device context owned by the UR process...

Try switching to Firefox in the preferences and let us know if it keeps crashing a lot...

Hi teratorn,
Lately, UR hasn't crashed. Not sure if it's caused by the URD created by UR3. After a while, UR4 runs smoothly. Thanks for your help.
