EXPORT SETTINGS command

I'd like it if URp had an option to export ALL of my URp settings into a file that could be imported into another installation of URp so that they would be identically configured.

OR (perhaps even better), allow me to specify WHERE to save my URp settings -- I could point all my URp installations to save their settings in my Dropbox so they could all use the same settings file.

Thanks. I've seen that thread, and think it would be great to have all that handled inside URp, so I don't have to muck about with the registry and everything.
