Use filename for imported files?

Is there any way, when importing files (either using File > Import or by dragging/Sending from Windows Explorer) to have the resulting UR items be titled using the filenames? Instead, they seem to get a name based on the opening text used in those files. (The files in question are all Word files.)

There is an option in "import (More)" to "Use page title for item title if available". I have turned that off on the chance that this might force UR to use the filename instead, but no joy.

That option is for web page import. Uncheck Tools | Options | Import (More) | File Import | Use document title for item title if available.
