How to import web pages using their filenames as item titles?

I tried to import web pages from HDD (via drag & drop or import wizard), but if I stored files, the item title of a HTML file will be assigned title of html file. Although unchecking 'Do not process documents for keywords, summary or icon infomation' in import wizard results in that item titles of html files are their filenames, the files will not be stored in UR. Is there any way to store web pages in UR like general files using their filenames as item titles? Thanks.

Currently there is not a way to force use of the filename as the title for html content, it was assumed that having the most "relevant" title would always be preferable.

We will add your request to our "feature request list", for possible inclusion in a future version of Ultra Recall.
