Where are the Global Subroutines stored?

Our build server crashed and we are trying to rebuild it. (Backups didn't work of course). One of the features we utilitized was a Global Subroutine to create an installer. The new build server now has everything installed but the Global Subroutine is no where to be found. I've searched everywhere I can think of. Is it kept in a file somewhere? In the registry? Just don't know.

Help!
