item text refresh

the item text is being refreshed so many times, that it is becoming annoying ...

to the point, the text item is completely refreshed when picture is added to the text item, but the cursor moves to the beginning of item text. This is very frustrating and slows item editing.

If it is necessary to refresh the whole item when just the single picture is added anywhere in the text, please at least move the cursor back where the picture was added (just after it). Thank you
