Let me tell you something. Despite Kinook's reply, I reset once & it was a giant PITA if you have customized a lot of views, columns, etc, etc, etc. Personally, I would try everything else 14x before I tried to reset But each to their own. Just my .02 which may worth a lot less on this forum.
