Outlook Synchronization

Hi
I am a newby with Ultra Recall and tried to do the following:
- I have a folder "Projects" with projects. Every project has as children tasks or Subprojects (with tasks).
- I have imported my tasks-folder from Outlook and linked the Projects folder to this Outlook folder.
- I thought that the synchronization should also take care of the tasks in the projects, but they do not appear in Outlook. Only when I link the specific task to the task-folder they appear (but then I have to link every task manually).

Is this manually linking the way it works or is there a way of automatically synchronizing of tasks in linked project?
