Visual C++ repeats build

Hi,

I use Visual Build to build a large project every night to
incorporate changes from other team members. This suppose
to help save 1-2 hours.

What happened is that Visual Studio repeats the build
when I hit "F7" for an incremental build. Is there anyway
to avoid this repetition?
