Outlook 2007 and Small Business Contact Mgr

Wondering if anyone has had any experience with Outlook 2007 and the Small Business Contact Mgr?

After a quick perusal of the MS Outlook 2007 forum I'm seeing mixed signals on this product. As far as I can tell this product appears to be similar to UR in many functions.

The reason I'm asking is because a new associate in our office has this on their new system and I've got to help them work in it, or come up with a good reason to ignore it and move to UR.

Any insights would be helpful.
