In working thru quant's original solution it occured to me that it also provided a good example of taking a real-world need and modeling it in UR.

There are a number of common concepts and operations that are exposed, and further discussion may be of help to other users.

I wrote an SOP on my understanding of a Submission Tracking solution based on quant's suggestion - maybe enough for a starting point.
