Could UR "recognize" Windows lnk files?

UR can create logically linked items for the files/websites with the same url.

Would be it possible to have another option where UR would create logically linked items for windows lnk files? Imagine I have a file linked to UR. Then in some other directory, there is a lnk file that links to the original file. When I link that lnk file to UR, I'd like UR to recognize that and create only logical link to original file. What do you think?
