Highlite the text for "*text*"

In ur, quick search will highlight the search phrase, but not for full-text search. now for the FTS enabled urd, using "*text*" will perform the full-text search, if the "text"(remove the pre and post asterisk) will be highlighted when switch to the searched result item, that's great.
