optionally persistent ignore all list

There are times when I want words and abbreviations ignored, but I don't want them added to correctly spelled words that are not recognized by the URP4 spell checker. It would be nice to have a "ignore all" list that persists beyond a session that I can optionally turn on and off.

This would enable me to ignore lots of words when I'm busy writing, and would give me an ability to review my ignore list at a more convenient time.
