Reading from CSProj (XML) File

I've attached a sample Snippet of a Visual Studio Project File. I'm trying to parse through it with the read XML file action, but can't get it to return any nodes.

I'm looking for the include attribute for all the Compile and none tags.

I've been screwing with xPath stuff for a while and can't seem to get a list returned.
