Timeout running FTP

Help!!!

I am trying to FTP my setup files to our FTP site, and have not been successfull since installing 5.5.

I get the following from the log;

Error transferring file(s) 'D:\activex32 cd\Product Configuration 1\Build 2.6.1029\DiskImages\DISK1\ActiveX32 setup.exe': Operation timed out waiting for response from server (NOOP command successful. )

The file is approximately 60mb, and it gets about 30% through(based on what is in the FTP folder at the destination), then I get this error.

Also, is it possible in the next build you could add some progress indicator for the FTP so I can see its actually doing something?
