4.1: Import from Outlook causes UR to hang

I have downloaded the trial version of UR and it looks great.

However I have an issue when synchronizing and UR hanging.

When Outlook is connected to the Exchange server, UR hangs showing the 'Synchronizing Item' box. When Outlook is disconnected from Exchange or the network, synchronization is fine.

When UR hangs I see the Sync Item dialog box but no item names can be seen in this dialog box (ie email names, notes names etc).

Anyone else seen this and is there a workaround?
