Importing From Outlook

I seem to have a problem when importing some email messages from Outlook into UR. It will show the subject there but the body will be blank and then when you try to view it, it calls my download manager (downloadstudio) with the following file name

file:///C:/Documents and Settings/Mark/Local Settings/Temp/UltraRecall/1137/X-Setup Pro License Center.msg


It's odd as the message I'm trying to import is just a plain text message. Another problem I have seen with another one that I'm trying to import is that instead of it showing the message in the UR window, it opens Outlook instead.

Totally closing (killing processes) downloadstudio doesn't fix it either, as that is the first thing I tried...

Anyone else seen anything like this and found a fix for it?
