Send to Tray?

Hi,

all "send to tray" options I found are linked to minimizing the app window, but it does not seem possible to keep both the ability to minimize to app to the taskbar and send the app to tray.

Example:
minimize button minimizes to taskbar
ESC sends the app to tray

Or is there any internal way to achieve both, pls?
