Possible bug: Paste Special > Paste Text One Item Per Line

Hi,

The "Paste Special > Paste Text One Item Per Line" appears to be broken for me. It behaves like a normal "Paste", creating a single item with a body that contains the list of text items from the clipboard.

Please see attached video and related files. I rebooted and performed a "Compact and Repair" before creating the files. Let me know if you need my actual UR file--it's enormous and full of personal info, so I don't want to bother with it unless necessary.
