renaming Item Titles to custom attributes

I think this is a new feature of V3 (beta), which has Item right click menu "Rename To" - with a choice of Date + Time, or Time, or Date.

It would be great to be able to select an arbitrary number of Items - for example, all Items that are children of a particular parent - then right click - and choose "Rename To" - and you can then select from any of the properties assigned to those Items, not just date & time.

Here's an example of where I would find this very useful:

I import lets say 100 emails from Outlook - and currently Items are automatically titled by email subject. Now I would like to change that to have them all Titled by the "To" field (the recipient email address of the email).... Then maybe later, I want to change Titles to another attribute: perhaps "message date".... and so on...
