attribute: delay before updating item access date

Could you please consider adding attribute "delay before updating item access date". At the moment, this is a global setting, but I'd welcome if this could be set for item as an attribute. It could still remain in the main setting, but if item has this attribute, it would override the global one. Thank you for consideration.

There are lots of other global settings that could be useful if they are item dependent, please consider this suggestion as a general one, so that items and behaviour can be more customized as opposed to be globally set (for example default font, size, ...)
