Delphi VRC no longer generated correctly?

Visual Build Pro version 6. Delphi version 5.
Suddenly VisualBuild has decided to create resource text files with some extra lines (in bold below).

Of course Borland's resource compiler rejects it.

No idea what I might have changed to make this suddenly start happening.

I am in trouble now, I cannot cut a version.

Please help. Many thanks.
