Help - Multiplying UR extension buttons in Firefox

I recently upgraded from UR3.0 to UR3.1. When I started Firefox (2.0.0.4) I saw the two UR extension buttons (link and import). After a reboot and restoration of a firefox session I saw that the two buttons had now become four (two link and two import). Later on after a third reboot the buttons had again multiplied. I now have three pairs of UR add-on buttons... I tried uninstalling the extension within firefox which did remove all the buttons, but upon reinstalling the UR extension I again had three pairs of the buttons. Any thoughts on why this is happening and how to revert back to the single pair of buttons? Could it be related to restoring a firefox session after a reboot? Thanks for any advice! -Drew
