An info item when hoisted, its context menu is grayed out

Hope this finds all well and in good health in these difficult times.

I noticed this behavior today and wasn't sure if it by design or a bug. If I select an info item then hoist it, the right-click content menu is grayed out. When un-hoisted, same info item's context menu works as expected.

It is intentional that the Insert Sibling option is disabled for the root item when hoisted, since the newly created item would not be visible after adding.
