Format | Upper / Lower / Proper case

A lot of times I have a need to convert the text from all upper case to all lower case and vice versa.

Please consider adding the following to the format drop down:

Convert text to Upper case
Convert text to Lower case
Convert text to Proper case

while not a must-have for me, I would also appreciate this greatly. Also - sentence format, where the first letter in a sentence is capped and the rest is lower case.

One more - just as a cherry on top...

Let me designate a list of words that are to be understood as "user designated words" and thus the capitization is left completely up to me, regardless of the operation performed. Thus, IRS would remain IRS, while Au (atomic symbol for gold) would remain untouched as well.
