Hyperlinks: start external program with attributes

Hyperlinks in UR can be used to start external programs, i.e. 'C:\programxy.exe'. I just tried to add supplemental attributes, which does not seem to work:

Is it possible to set hyperlinks of this structure 'C:\pathname\progname.exe file.doc' ?

First I thought it was because of spaces in my path string (which it seems not to be after some experimentation), so I tried to put the program file path in ""-signs. The ""-signs seem to scramble up the hyperlinks, and without, the expression seems to be misinterpreted as an url (opening IE inside Ultra Recall).

Do I miss something or is this just not possible?
After all, I just found a workaround, packing the structure above in an (external) lnk file, and let the hyperlink point there...

That isn't possible, but as you mentioned, one way to do this is by linking to an external shortcut file instead.
