VisualBuild runs PVCS Config Builder scripts?
Does Visual Build run PVCS Configuration Builder .bld scripts? If so, how do you do this? Or can I convert PVCS scripts to Visual Build format?

No it doesn't, nor is there any provision for automatically converting such scripts into VBP project files.
