Increasing Problems importing

I am increasingly having an error when I try to import some files and some web pages (always same files and web pages). I have attached jpg of error when I tried to import a word doc tonight into UR.

I have been playing with this issue more tonight and it seems that I dont have the same problem when I try to import the same file into a different template type. I could import to a folder but not into an object with template of "todo". Are there some template types which don't allow importing ?

You should only be able to import documents using the Document template (or a template derived from the Document template). How are you importing documents using an alternate template?

I think all templates I was able to import into were derived from document template.

Since after I import I can move a file to any template type, why is there a restriction for importing at all ?
