Insert child toolbar malfunctions

I like and use the "Insert Child" toolbar, which I have "torn off". However, I find that after some use, when pointing to a particular icon, the wrong type of child is inserted.

If I restart UR the problem is solved. (Until it happens again).

I wonder if any other users have encountered this problem.

Stephen, I don't normally use this button but I will try to remember to use it & test. If I see anomalies, I'll report back.

Stephen, I use this toolbar and buttons often and haven't noticed the problem.

Stephen, Been using insert button for past days w/o issue. However, I can say that every once in a while while pointing my mouse @ one item -- to move, copy, etc -- I have found inadvertent move, copy, etc of a different item instead.
